Features of Anode Coating:

Features of Cathode Coating:
- Tiaano provides cathode coating for membrane cells. This platinum-based electro catalyst is the
most important factor for achieving effective and durable energy savings.
- It is expected to achieve a current density, increase from less than 4 kA/m² to more than 6 kA/m².
- Tiaano’s cathode coating also provides excellent wear resistance and long life through a permanent
coating, which causes no caustic contamination.
- Tiaano’s cathode coating has an exceptionally high resistance to reverse element, making it
an ideal cathode coating for all zero gap electrolyzer.
- Tiaano’s cathode coating can be applied over a variety of substrates including expanded mesh,
louvers, sheet, perforated plate & screen and in all Chlor-alkali membrane technologies.
